The luxembourg graphic designer Yannick Muller has drawn 480 unique illustrations in our notebooks.

During the pandemic, in his home office, he made a drawing every day. According to Yannick, they are aimless, more like a spontaneous snapshot. They are only indirectly about the lockdown – sometimes humorous, poetic or abstract – inspired by everyday life in these turbulent times. Each page symbolices a day of pandemic, influenced by his environment at home, his girlfriend, her cat, social media and his job.

The graphic artist and musician, who now “thanks to nuuna” also calls himself an avid illustrator, is moving back to Luxembourg after several years in Cologne. There is currently also an exhibition with his works: the YLA - Young Luxembourgish Artists Vol.2 in the Valerius Gallery Warehouse. All 480 examples can be seen there until July 30, 2022.

His drive “one drawing a day keeps the doctor away” motivates him every day anew to take our books in hand and give free rein to his ideas. Thus, his work is a journey through time, which he also shares via his Instagram channel @yannickmuller_.
